What is Little Sprouts Nature Program?
Little Sprouts Nature Play is a child-led outdoor experience designed specifically for children aged 2–6 years. Across our nine unique wonder spots, we foster a deep connection to the natural world through sensory-rich discovery and play. Please note that this is a parent-supervised program where families explore together. Babies under 12 months are welcome to accompany their older siblings at no additional cost, provided they remain under the constant supervision of their parent or guardian.
Mission Statement
To foster a deep-rooted connection to the natural world by providing child-led, sensory-rich outdoor experiences that nurture the whole child’s growth and curiosity.
Our Philosophy
We see children as capable, creative, and naturally curious about the world around them. Nature is not simply a setting for our program — it is our guide. Through open-ended, sensory-rich outdoor experiences, children learn in the most natural way possible: through play! At Little Sprouts, we believe childhood is meant to be filled with hands-on exploration, curious minds, and adventurous hearts.
Our Program Model
At Little Sprouts, we embrace a child-led, play-based learning model that places the natural world at the center of the experience. Grounded in research on early childhood development and forest school principles, our program utilizes prepared outdoor spaces to invite wonder and curiosity. This is not a drop-off program; parents and guardians remain present, participating in the discovery process and witnessing firsthand the growth of their child in a supportive, nature-rich environment.
